May 7: “Cannot Retrieve Feed” Error
Some users may see a “Cannot Retrieve Error” in their dashboard when loading results. We’re not quite sure where that message is coming from—cos it’s not even one of our normal system error messages—but the entire team is working on getting it fixed ASAP.
We hope to have it fixed within the hour.
Update: 10:45am ET - We are still trying to figure this out. It’s intermittent, which is making it harder to fix. We’ll keep you posted.
FIXED: As of 11:50am ET this issue has been fixed. One of our data providers was having some issues causing Trackur to hiccup. We’ve put in place measures to prevent any future effect on Trackur. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
