August 27: RSS Feeds Fixed
As of 11:23pm ET, RSS feeds are working correctly. Should you still have problems, please try re-subscribing to your RSS feed or contact us at http://help.trackur.com

We’re aware that some users are seeing the wrong results in their RSS feeds. We’ve disabled RSS feeds while we investigate and fix.
Our apologies for this issue. We will update when back to normal.

May 7 - All Systems OK
All Trackur systems are performing at 100%.
May 7: "Cannot Retrieve Feed" Error
Some users may see a “Cannot Retrieve Error” in their dashboard when loading results. We’re not quite sure where that message is coming from—cos it’s not even one of our normal system error messages—but the entire team is working on getting it fixed ASAP.
We hope to have it fixed within the hour.
Update: 10:45am ET - We are still trying to figure this out....

April 23 - DNS Issues
Fixed as of 4:20PM ET.

As of 3:00pm ET, we appear to be having issues with our DNS provider. Some users may not be able to get to trackur.com or track.trackur.com. We are hoping this will be a short outage and will update when restored.

FIXED! Oct 17: Slow Loading
11:03 am EST: All is back to normal.

10:36 am EST: It appears our DNS provider is experiencing an outage and Trackur sites may not load for everyone. We are working to get this restored ASAP.

August 20- All Systems OK
We monitored the email alerts overnight and the duplicates have now stopped. Everyone should be receiving email alerts per their settings.

We are testing a new email alerts system. Some users may see duplicated email alerts over the next few hours, but this should be resolve by the morning of August 21st.

July 7: Server Move Finished; All Normal

We have fixed the database bug! Yay!
We are now provisioning the server for the IP switch. We hope to have the dashboard back online at around 6:15 PM ET.

While switching to the new server, we discovered a corruption in the database. Unfortunately, there was no way to identify this until we made the switch. We’re all pretty bummed.
However, we’re working hard to get it fixed and get the new server online. Right now, the ETA is around 5:30 PM ET.
We’ll keep you updated.

July 7: Planned Maintenance for 4 PM EST
Trackur will be down for planned maintenance at 4pm EST today, Thursday July 7th.
During this time, we will be moving to our new data center and improving the speed and efficiency of Trackur’s dashboard.
As soon as this has been completed, we will update this site.

UPDATE 3:15 PM EST: Trackur has finished its heavy lifting and you should not see any further slowness today. The server switch is not yet done, but we’re making great progress.

The new Trackur Status blog
We’ve decided to move and rename the Trackur Status blog to tumblr. That way, should none of our servers be online, then you should be able to get updates on any issues or outages we may have going on.
We hope we rarely have to use this site. ;-)
